Palazzo della Regione Piemonte
The Palazzo della Regione Piemonte in Turin, designed by Massimiliano Fuksas, stands out as the tallest building in the city: a skyscraper that rises with its 43 floors to a total of 204 meters, a masterpiece of engineering and design, symbolizing progress and innovation.
The project started in 2011, following an idea conceived more than a decade earlier. In 2015, a tender for the furnishings was launched, successfully concluded in 2018. The arrival of the new Council in 2019 gave a new impetus to the project, accelerating the works through the approval of three significant variants and the creation of a dedicated mission unit, which worked even during the pandemic.
In September 2022, interior fittings began, and in November, the first relocations took place, starting with the Presidency. By June 2023, the entire staff had moved to the new offices. The furnishings include almost 6,000 seats and over 5,000 acoustic panels, including Zero7 Elegant chairs for executives, Dotway chairs with adjustable headrests and armrests for employees, Aira chairs for meeting rooms, and Naxos Acoustic sofas for quick-meeting areas, complemented by Fonology panels from the "Airgraf" series used for tables, walls, and totems.
