Ares Line armchairs for the largest urban park in the world: Riyadh's King Salman Park in Saudi Arabia

After a long and complex negotiation that involved all the main international competitors, Ares Line was awarded the supply of over 3,000 armchairs intended for the furniture of all the rooms of the various buildings of the Royal Arts Complex located inside the prestigious King Salman Park project by Riyadh. The umpteenth recognition worldwide for the Vicenza company, leader in the production of sessions for the community, confirming its excellence in the design and quality of the artisan manufacture.

With its 16 km², the King Salman Park will be five times bigger than the Central Park in New York. The park is an initiative started in 2019 with the aim of achieving one of the key objectives of the Vision 2030 of the Saudi Kingdom: the creation of a lively community, capable of guaranteeing a healthy lifestyle and a positive environment. Its design provides for a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, with the planting of numerous arboreal and floral species to enhance urban green.

In addition to the natural spaces, the park will include a wide range of artistic, cultural and sporting attractions, with pedestrian paths, commercial areas and residences. The heart of the project is the Royal Arts Complex, a cultural center of over 500,000 m² designed by the famous Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill.
